Extracting animations from the game.

Hello everyone. I have a big problem related to importing and exporting .gr2 animations. I know there’s a guide on adding 3D models and animations to the game, but I couldn’t find, and still can’t find, a program that works correctly for exporting animations from Heroes 5. I’ve looked at a lot of things, read posts on your forum, and tried using the suggested programs, but I always end up hitting a dead end. Basically, I’ve been trying to figure all this out for a long time, but I haven’t found the right way to do it. I just want to ask, is there actually a correct way to extract animations from the game?
