I don't understand... How did you manage to break through the garrison in front of the castle???:eek: I don't think any army/upgraded hero is enough, even if you play without losses... I didn't even consider it. Veteran difficulty. Or is there another one besides the one in the bottom right corner?

The first time I played, I chose the Barbarian in version 1.4. I gathered about 20-30 Archangels, trained around 1000 archers, and easily broke through that garrison. In 1.4, there was unlimited training. Then I wandered around the map for a long time. I couldn't complete the mission. I had to start over.

When I played as the Hero in version 1.5, I didn't bother with the demons. I also played for a long time because I wanted to max out Godric and use him to activate all the bonuses. I leveled him up so much that I could barely handle him in the 5th mission of the Necropolis campaign. But in the 6th campaign mission, he was my main attacking force. And also in one of the missions in the Necropolis campaign. Markel was no match for him.
