I'm not sure, I spend most of my time making mods, and I don't have much time for the game.

I don't know how things are with MCCS; BDT was also released. Initially, it didn't have 8 skills, but I don't know if the mod has been updated.
And the old mega AI mod definitely had 8 skills.
