Another balance mod for Heroes of Might and Magic V: Tribes of the East.

In general, I downloaded the mod, but there seems to be an issue with its functionality – the interface is compressed to a width of 1024. Additionally, the checkboxes for various 8 skills, etc., don't work, and the maps crash upon launch. HOWEVER, I haven't downloaded the second part. Let's see.

Actually, all these checkboxes for 8 skills, etc., are from other mods. And I would really like to see references to the originals... or at least a statement that the authors have given their consent for free modification, and so on.

It would also be good to give the mod a name; otherwise, it's unclear what it is and how it works.

P.s. The only reason I'm downloading it is because I want to see the save feature in battles and the ability to replay them multiple times. I haven't seen anything like that anywhere else.
