I think it would be a good idea to buy some bandages, just in case, if the neutral creatures don't mind. I suggest placing the heroes at the bottom, opposite the entrance to the Fortress, in a plus shape with an empty center. Grom at the top, Chandra and Fowl on the left and right, and Lyra at the bottom.
