Neptunia - [Name]; something fantastical, or at worst, names of marine creatures that could sound more or less like a name. Well, something like "Nalim" for a male and "Saira" for a female would work, but "herring" or "perch" wouldn't.

Initially, I wanted to joke that you could create a male character named Neptunets (Neptunia + tuna + masculine form), but then I realized that "Neptunets" is essentially the same as "Neptunka," with a slight difference in pronunciation.
