Well, I should probably write a lengthy post about the game. First of all, thanks to Revan for leading and to the other players for their activity. And also to Kosha for participating as an observer. I hope she'll participate as a player in the next game as well. It was nice to watch everyone, although it was a little sad that Alex and Arandor left later on. Their departure did reduce the activity somewhat, and from a role-playing perspective, it was necessary to avoid focusing on their abrupt disappearance. For myself, I'll consider that Toad sacrificed Veilys to Riche.

I liked the balance between combat and social interaction in this game, as well as the fact that our characters rarely risked their lives. The fact that there were unusual competitions that allowed less combat-oriented characters to shine was also a plus. And that two-handed weapons, for once, turned out to be a strong option. Of course, this was when I decided to give my character a different type of weapon. Among the drawbacks of the game (leaving aside certain balance issues, but I've already talked about them), I'll note the implementation of the king's turn, which turned out to be a kind of leadership in its most extreme form. Essentially, after a certain point, the game became too focused on Futaba. The entire plot revolved around her, and we were just passengers. It's not that we didn't have our own content or that we couldn't help the new queen in any way, of course, but she was still the central character. Without someone like Veilys or Fortis, the game would have continued, but without Futaba, it couldn't have. Fortunately, Locke took his character's role seriously and played it well, avoiding obvious and subtle pitfalls. But there was still a strange feeling that, on the one hand, it was good that all this didn't affect you, and on the other hand, you were just wandering around with your character, somewhat detached from the plot, and Locke was the only one who was so lucky, unknowingly drawing the card of fate. And that, despite being "outside the plot," your character could still be affected by a curse. And that Locke, in essence, was carrying the weight for everyone. In the future, I would like to see greater equality among the players' characters, as much as possible. But no crazy king who gathers a harem of X characters and turns Y characters into eunuchs. A queen with a harem of Y is also not an option. Although, it was still interesting to watch the plot unfold.

As for my character, I also encountered the problem described by Heroist – I wasn't sure where to take the character. The situation changed too quickly, from one side to the other. There were some clear elements that I tried to develop as much as possible, but I still can't say that I fully succeeded. I could have done more and better. Some of the content, such as the musical and visual elements, was also in my head. Unfortunately, it didn't find its way into the game. And I had specifically searched through folders with dragons and even had ideas for the piano. I also thought about using Lionela more in some posts, but what can you do. But it was nice, for once, to play a character who had more than just combat skills. I'm a little curious about how the game would have turned out if I had chosen a different portrait, which I was considering. And if the characters had managed to save Ignatius. Or if I had given in to the Barbarian's persuasion and sent Leila where Futaba ended up. Or if Aretz had continued to play instead of leaving.
