Wow, I've only seen this bug in the campaigns of the original game (played without mods). Usually, it started happening to Isabel before Nicholas and Godric arrived in the Triumvirate mission, and I think another enemy hero glitched like that too. I never found a solution.
I haven't encountered this in Tribes of the East.
