Confirmed. The main hero wasn't Ivor, but Mullich, but that's a minor detail. He got greedy and went to collect resources in the center, miscalculated the moves - less than 100 wasn't enough to break the structure. If he had broken the structure and recharged his mana, there would have been theoretical chances due to the explosion.

I think we can register Neo as the 5th participant in the group if the player wants to participate in the tournament; there's no need to wait for someone to withdraw.
However, I can't set any deadlines for the rounds for him, as he's not filling an empty slot, but a "surplus" 5th slot. Neo will have to arrange the dates of the games with each participant in his group individually.
