 Could you tell me how to turn in the thieves' guild to the city guard? Or is it impossible, and is it just a narrative element?

But no, I was just replaying it on the second difficulty level, but with just one hero, and I had forgotten everything again, so I asked Cold - he replied that it's not possible.

P.S.: Although the map itself is still awesome. He always had a good sense of balance and quality (in recent years, hehe).
