Otherwise, all conflicts would have been resolved long ago by wise and economically savvy people, and all nations would live in peace and prosperity. But for now, instead of political meetings and financial events, we have fairytale kings kidnapping their “sleeping beauties,” bone thrones, dragons, snake people, demons, and all sorts of other evil creatures. Perhaps it would be interesting to read about such a world in a fantasy novel or watch a lengthy performance about it, but living in such a reality is a completely different matter. “Yes, let’s go,” Nira said briefly, nodding. 😑
