a) Annual indexation of student scholarships, say by 10~20 reaks to the base amount. This will allow students to keep up with rising prices until the market stabilizes at a new level;
b) Concluding an agreement with the trading shops of Alma and issuing student discount cards for 3~5% off goods and services within the city limits. This is a very popular system in many reputable educational institutions around the world, which will increase the purchasing power of students and the number of customers for merchants, not to mention the additional marketing advantage for us;
c) Introducing a minimum threshold for the scholarship amount, say 80~100 reaks;
