Testing level 7.

You should always attack first. Accordingly, you need to attack with a wait, even though the Archangel goes first. Fly in, attack, take damage, and fly out. This is how the Archangel wins.

The monster also shouldn't be slow and should move to the center of the map with its first turn. In general, the monster has a small chance of winning against the Archangel; to do this, it needs to deal 83 damage twice (out of the three attacks it can make) and 84 damage once (the maximum damage the monster can deal to the Archangel is 85). Overall, the probability of this outcome is about 0.2%.
