Creating a fund to support modders and creators of new maps.

I don't mind supporting the authors financially (it will be a stimulus for Creation, and we get new content). Unfortunately, I am currently in the middle of nowhere (Donetsk). Various cards, banks, and other transfers from the free world are unavailable to me. But I hope everything will be okay and things will improve. Sorry if anything, but I fully support the idea.
