— Refetea has been in a state of war with Altinea for a long time, but at the moment, it's no more than a diplomatic status – they rarely fight each other. As for official and active military conflicts, there are none right now, and if any arise, they will most likely be between Refetea and Dithlind, or between us and Aoki. By "us," I mean Sakuramoria, of course.
