Preparing for NAILS’s first academic year took a lot of time and energy from its teachers, and therefore, Laurence Hatiora was far from being at the peak of her physical abilities and was showing a high level of clumsiness today. While trying to put a small card into her wallet, she accidentally dropped a few coins, which soon rolled under one of the sofas in the teachers’ lounge. She was about to bend down and look for them, but Thyme gently stopped her and instead moved the entire sofa, where, in addition to the coins, a thin folder was also found. Inside was a file on one of the students and his exam answers.
“Oh, what a mess,” commented Carvia Imas, “what should we do now?”
“Send the letter and the form,” Duncan ordered, “it will be a little late, but what can we do now?”

Few people become experts in their field on the very first day. For example, I am almost certain that not every future student has ever held a real weapon in their hands, and even fewer are as familiar with it as you are with technology. And yet, weapon proficiency is one of the mandatory courses at NAILS. Everything will come with time, and for now, the main thing is not to lose heart and not be afraid to ask for help, either from us or from someone on the teaching staff, if possible.”
