What an interesting bug, I haven't seen anything like this before. I'll take a look and see what I can do.

I have an idea – the map is packed in a WinRAR archive, and this archive has a peculiar feature of corrupting files. For example, one of the RTF updates was packed in WinRAR, and I was flooded with messages about bugs – here the texture is missing, there the model has disappeared, here the mod doesn't work. Try unpacking the map using 7-Zip; it might help. Well, I'm off to hunt for the bug now.
