Sacred Haven of Debauchery

Continuing the topic of sweets, today I bought macarons made in-house at a local Перекрёсток supermarket. I can't compare them to real macarons from high-end bakeries and confectionery shops, but they are much tastier than the mass-market macarons, which Akulchev mainly produces, although I've seen and tried macarons from other manufacturers as well. This pastry isn't just a single bite; you can savor it, the texture is pleasant, not dry, and the cream is also of good consistency; it's very easy to bite into, and nothing crumbles. The taste is good; I found it a little too sweet, and I would have liked a bit of tartness from the kiwi flavoring. But the flavoring itself seemed quite natural and didn't overwhelm the taste buds with artificial chemicals. I enjoyed it, and that's the main thing.
However, their meringue cookies aren't very good. They are tough, crumbly, and the sugar is grainy; there is no flavoring, or it's not noticeable.
