Jewill, are you talking about the remastered version of the third game, the one that's like an HD version?

Yeah, that's the one I mean.
Although, remastering is definitely not the same as what those well-known developers did.
I'm not a big fan of the third game; I just played it out of curiosity, but even I thought their "remaster" was a terrible job.

But facts can't be nonsense...
You might say it's a matter of taste, but remastering old games is a priori a doomed endeavor (perhaps with a few rare exceptions; as far as I know, the upcoming Gothic remaster looks promising).
Maybe you even liked the WC3 remaster? The point is, all of this wasn't done with the noble goal of pleasing veteran players. It was done to get a steady stream of revenue by playing on nostalgia.
So, please, don't make sweeping statements; after all, I'm just expressing my opinion.
