Question about building construction.

The map is designed this way. The developers made it so that there's a reason to break through the creature outposts.

Hmm... I hadn't noticed this before on this map, or maybe I forgot. So, if I break through the creature outpost, will this thing disappear and will I be able to buy the remaining buildings?

I tested your theory by breaking through the creature outpost, but the problem remains. I still can't buy some buildings or upgrade them.
