With Refiteia's proposal, it is simple — control over the region's economy passes entirely under its jurisdiction. Naturally, giving everything away like this is simply beyond comprehension. Refiteia is a large state and is unlikely to be concerned with sufficient material supply for a border duchy, which is how it wishes to see Aeolia, considering that a great deal of resources must be invested for restoration. Consequently, the restoration of the region's material well-being will take a very long time, and, considering also that the potential for international trade will be significantly limited, a prolonged crisis awaits Aeolia in the event of the acceptance of Refiteia's proposal.

— Ditlind's call implies economic aid to free the country from foreign influence, but there is no mention of compensation for war damage. It is not hard to guess what this means in practice — the mentioned aid will be used to achieve Ditlind's goals in the region instead of providing real help to its residents. In fact, Ditlind is offering help not to Aeolia, but to himself. In the event of a positive response to Ditlind's call, progress in establishing economic contacts with neighbors will be negated; consequently, after liberation, Aeolia will be left to its own devices in terms of post-war recovery, which will ultimately lead to an even more severe crisis than in the case of agreeing to Refiteia's proposal.

— The treaty of friendship and mutual assistance offered by the Federation is aimed at long-term cooperation; accordingly, the restoration of Aeolia's well-being is in its interests. From an economic point of view, this is the most reasonable and profitable proposal, not condemning it to concessions and losses as in the case with the others, allowing Aeolia to win time to determine its share of the world market, as well as to become an independent force on the political arena. What is also important is the lack of undue interference in the internal structure and orders of the country. However, I believe that positive words about the treaty with the Federation from me are already expected, so I will try to be as impartial as possible and draw attention to likely negative economic consequences. The treaty implies long-term cooperation with the Federation, which means that for an equally long time, concluding trade agreements with countries unfriendly to the Federation will be complicated. Since the proposed material aid is quite extensive, if for some reason the treaty is broken, the Federation may decide to demand the return of its assets from Aeolia — thus, as a result, Aeolia could end up in a serious debt pit, and its well-being will depend on the mercy of the Federation even after the treaty expires. However, it is encouraging that, unlike the consequences of other proposals, the negative scenario here is purely hypothetical, and the consequences are not as destructive.

— To summarize: the proposals range from absolutely unacceptable to slightly suspicious. For now, I would recommend gathering more information about the goals of Aeolia's opponents in order to conduct a more accurate analysis in the future.
