Maybe someone can offer some advice.

Haha, well, that's understandable; the game doesn't understand what you want it to do. I didn't break anything; I just specified a different path for a different hero, and the effect is the same – invisibility. Although, I need to add one nuance. The hero isn't visible on the map, but if you go into the hero's stats, look at his army, or his artifacts, then he is displayed.
Many heroes have a set of models and animations for the map and a separate set of models and animations for combat. The difference between them is usually in the level of detail (like with the Necromancers). But the Knight, in addition to the polygon count, gets a separate model with a standard-bearer and a model without a flag (for attacking).

I encountered this bug before when I was setting up a hero's attack in combat; I incorrectly specified a sign, and the hero became completely invisible on the map.

But here, it's slightly different. It doesn't matter which hero it is in the end; I'll remove this one from the game altogether, and this issue will appear on another one. I'll remove that one too, and it will move to the third one, and so on.

Does this bug definitely depend on the hero, and not on the player's color?
