"240H" – unlocking new heroes and improving existing ones.

I know the mod author abandoned the project, but does anyone have a patch (or could someone make one, if it's not too difficult) that would make Kha-Beleth use his fire bolt in battle (including in auto-combat)? It's a powerful ability, but the AI never uses it.
