I uploaded the already won game myself. 11 cities against 5, 5 heroes with control, alliance, +3 speed, shield, crown, quiver, gauntlets. The armies are equal.

1) I didn't use Visions immediately. Only right before the battle, when I didn't have enough movement points for Teleport. Initially, I thought Gunnar was rushing, but it was Camouflage.
2) I attacked without Shield, because the combat stats are lower, and the magic stats are higher on Aine. I put on Chainmail of Healing so that Prayer would work on the Champion. I didn't put on Shackles, 150k coins for ransom.
3) I immediately cast Implosion on the Scorpion and attacked them with my Champions. In response, he paralyzed. - this is how the game was finally lost. All stacks were destroyed, and the opponent controlled my Champions with magic because of my Chainmail of Healing.

Childish mistakes.
I could have tried to play through Wait, or through summoning elementals, or through antimagic on the Champions. Or not wear Chainmail of Healing (although it is beneficial in case the opponent uses Shield).
Or just not attack this turn, but let the Warrior with Shield and Alliance deliver the final blow later.
