HoMM3 HD bug reports.

Hello.
After one of the recent updates, I noticed that the option to choose resources as a starting bonus is missing in the game's additional options. Also, when selecting the "Launcher Settings" or "Information" tabs in the launcher, the tab panel disappears. I tried reinstalling with a fresh install of Complete+HDMod+HotA, but the result is the same. My operating system is Windows 10. Unfortunately, I can't say exactly which update caused this, as I haven't been playing recently. Please help me fix this.
