That's strange. Restoring a recently deleted file should be easier than restoring one that was deleted a long time ago. This is because when a file is deleted from the Recycle Bin, it is not actually deleted - the operating system simply marks the space where the file was stored as available for new entries. Accordingly, the more recently the file was deleted, the higher the chance that nothing has been written over it yet.
You can just upload all your sensitive personal information to some stranger's Google Cloud.
