I found the folder with saves: C:\Users\Nikolay\Documents\My Games\Heroes of Might and Magic V — Tribes of the East\Profiles\Wildbee\Saves, and the saves are in it, but I can't understand how and what to replace it with.

I think the intention was to delete all the sav files from there. However, all this can be done in the game itself (load, delete). Sometimes it helps. If it doesn't help, you can create a new login - it almost always helps. And it's always worth cleaning up the game - a save from one map can (if with mods) corrupt the progress of another map, many saves - problems with loading, several maps in the maps folder can affect each other...
