It will definitely be difficult to show. :)
I can describe a couple of points:
1. The races have been divided much more in terms of development... as a result, the army is highly dependent on the hero and vice versa... for example, there is less point in making a non-"native" hero strong.
2. More complex calculations of magical effects - this is a bit off-putting.
3. The ATB scale - the idea is great, but it's not for everyone (see point 2).
P.S. In general, it seems to me that the balance in the 5th game depends more on luck than on skill, although I haven't played it much yet, so I might change my mind. :)

Well, I'm going to start playing Heroes 5 soon... especially online.... I already have one person who I promised to play with, so maybe you can be my second opponent... ;)
P.S. But I'll probably stop playing the 3rd game only when I stop using the computer altogether (addiction). :)
