Adding missing music for the Dwarves.

Hello! I've noticed for a while that such a wonderful race as dwarves, both practically and musically speaking, is missing some musical tracks, namely the tavern (uses the city theme), hiring creatures (also uses the city theme), and escaping from battle (there's nothing at all assigned to it). So, I decided to tinker around a bit and cut up existing tracks to fill in the missing parts (except, perhaps, for the victory and defeat themes of the campaign. I don't think there's much point in that – they only have one campaign, and it uses quite beautiful themes from the knightly campaign).
