Heroes 5.5 WarGame Edition - Tactical Edition.

I played the mod.
What kind of feedback is appropriate to give? I understand that discussing the classic PvE gameplay and city schemes is not relevant now.
When I leveled up a perk that gives a regeneration spell, nothing appeared. Do I need to run some scripts, or is it just a bug?
