Hmm, nothing needs to be replayed, everything is passable. Apparently, that location with a maximum level of 20 is just there to give artifacts, but 6 minor creatures defeated a yellow one without them. The longest save is right after the first black coliseum, with 21 levels. So, it doesn't fit, but it's not necessary.

Well, in general, this location prevents you from taking those artifacts, and they will still be removed upon its completion. It gives a bonus, but it's more beneficial to just not go there. That's why it's a secret location. It's an additional location that slightly breaks the fourth wall; it's just for relaxation and a challenge. Well, it's roughly on the same level as all the battles, except for the quest orange one and the final one against Krilon.
