Problem with the map editor.

Help! I used to use the map editor, and everything worked fine. Now, when I try to reminisce and use the Tribes of the East editor, it doesn't respond to movement (the mouse and keyboard work, but when I hold down the right mouse button and use the arrow keys, nothing happens on the screen). In the vanilla and Gnome editor, everything works perfectly.
