To me, Tower is a pretty weak town; I think Igromant took it to test it out. I managed to quickly capture 2 adjacent zones and on d2-w1 already took a town from the opponent on his adjacent zone. 4 towns is a pretty decent economy. Igromant managed to build Vampires in his town, and I also found an external dwelling of Vampires on his adjacent zone, so I decided to ditch my native troops and play through Vampires. 2 Necropolis adjacent zones, the external dwelling, and a Vampire portal in the Dungeon gave me a powerful striking stack. On week 3, with Animate Dead, I could take Dragon Utopias. I got very lucky there — in the first Dragon Utopia, КЗ, the second, the Helm. I saw the opponent's flag beyond the mountains and immediately covered him with Shackles. Thanks for the game.

I took Tower because it is my favorite town, not for testing. I pick it consistently every Favorites.
About the game. Immediately got a lot of gold, an external dwelling of Genies, and a Griffin Conservatory. So I didn't take the last dwelling d1-w1 (the opponent didn't have it). I broke through to the marsh, there was a long road there. But I ran to the Castle, built Vampires there on week 1. I thought I'd farm some mills with them a bit. I also scouted a little to prevent the opponent from randomly running in. But on d2-w1 I needed to break two level-1 Griffin Conservatories. So I moved the army home. And just on the day I broke the Conservatories, the opponent ran in and took Necropolis. What to do, I broke through to the rear adjacent zone, picked up the Dragon Fly Hive and a level-3 Griffin Conservatory. On d5-w3 I ran into the remaining three-way zone. I farmed there, but there was nothing imbalanced. I was ready to break a Dragon Utopia as soon as I saw one, but I didn't see any. I picked up another level-3 Griffin Conservatory and a bunch of experience chests, resulting in an almost perfectly leveled Nimusa with 13 Giants (only Advanced Air and Tactics). On d6-w4 I finally saw a Dragon Utopia, but didn't quite reach it. I sat hoping "please don't get covered", and then they did cover me. Looking in retrospect, if I hadn't pushed into the marsh, I would have done the same thing but run into the three-way zone on d5-w2/d6-w2, broken the Dragon Utopia on d3-w4/d4-w4, and another on d5-w4 (the Utopias had everything for the Alliance except the Sword, and the Sword was lying nearby around the second one). And on d6-w4 I would have had everything for the Alliance except the Breastplate (the Breastplate was right in the marsh zone). Or the opponent could have left if I hadn't moved the army away from the marsh then. But I chose the most opportune time to strike suddenly. Those lost 2 days decided it.
