Awakening of Evil

I played the second map, and if we ignore the fact that the hero's stats were reduced, it's a very interesting map, better than the first one. One thing wasn't clear to me: next to the portal to the city of Sangalsal, there's a dragon utopia. Besides the artifacts, it also had the Phoenix Summon and Vampirism spells, but these spells are not listed in the spellbooks. I couldn't learn them, even though my Summoning skill is maxed out. Is this a bug, or is it intentional? If there are no fifth-level spells, why are these spells in the dragon utopia?

Also, I think I'll start over. I should have focused on developing the Luck stat for trophies. By the way, is there a mentor on the map?
