No, I understand that lying about age is a common thing, but not by a decade. And judging by the other two photos, it's even a couple of decades.
Specifically, this one works as a security guard. In the hospital, everything is done according to Orthodox traditions; there, women can only fight each other with frying pans.
Bisexuality is probably a side effect of a woman's unnatural ability to wield a sword.
