I can't resolve the LЗМС issue, but I can share my opinion – in such a case, I think it's enough to talk to the person, for example, the Clan Leader, and everything will be fine. And during the conversation, everything will become clear: if we are dealing with a "naughty kid" who is just playing around, then it's up to the Leader to decide – whether to give the clan a warning or exclude the participant if this behavior continues. A clan is a team. And the Leader is like a coach. Imagine if a player attacks opponents in every football game and gets sent off, leaving the team with fewer players and ultimately losing? Either the player learns to play by the rules, or the team suffers, or the player is expelled.
