I made a typo, dear fktifzobr. I meant the Random Tactical Arena (RTA) mod. The developers managed to perform a nearly complete conversion of the game, which is evident in the images linked. How did they change the parameters of the perks embedded in the game's code, such as Chilling Steel and Chilling Bones?
