It is up to the League of Mapmakers and Scenario Creators (LMMSC) to decide whether a post constitutes a violation and how serious it is in terms of issuing a warning to the clan. Based on the meeting, a resolution may be adopted, either recommending an apology or a probationary period, or it may be more serious, up to and including issuing a warning to the clan.
This is my view on the matter.
