So, regarding the point about the Clan's responsibility for violations committed by its members. The Leader should think before accepting someone into the Clan. Look at the ACTIVE Clans! Are there many people in their ranks who have received warnings for violating the rules? Are there many people with negative morale in their ranks? After all, we participate in real battles in tournaments. For example, it's hardly a secret that our Clan is fiercely competing with the "Man to Man" Clan in the second Heroes game. And we lost the last two times. So what? Do we have bad relations with vbn, Alex_R, Maximix, Sage? Why can we interact normally and have no issues? Or here's another example. My reputation as a "troublemaker" is well-known. And I, being one of the driving forces behind the start of the Clan movement, left the Clan and founded my own. And so what? We remained on excellent terms! If the so-called "Leader" has recruited people into the Clan "just to have them" - then he should be held responsible for that. And if a person is in a Clan where there are people who violate the rules, are rude, etc., then it is his personal choice to stay and wait for the Clan to disband, try to influence his fellow Clan members, or simply leave the Clan. But the Leader must be responsible for everyone. That's what a Leader is for.
