Dreams.

The other day, I had a dream that my brother opened up one of our cats and put another one (a smaller one) inside, and then sewed it up. And the idea was that they were supposed to live like that. But I realized that and started wondering how the cat inside would eat and so on, so it would starve or something. I couldn't fix it myself, so I decided to wait for my brother, who had gone somewhere. In the meantime, the head of the small cat popped out of the ear of the big cat, although it was smaller than in real life, but that's understandable (that is, it wasn't exactly coming out of the ear, but rather was in it like a growth from the ear, I don't know). I then thought that I could feed it right there, but I didn't do it because I was afraid that some of the food would get into the big cat's ear, and then the cat would have hearing problems, or even worse (but the fact that there was another cat inside didn't seem to matter). That's the kind of weird dream it was.
