2) The mod author, who is also the sponsor of this tournament, asked to reduce the number of templates. The most popular ones were chosen.

Then, in my opinion, it would be best to remove "templates - debatable" from the first post, since everything turned out to be so strict. Although, again, in my opinion, there would be more anarchy in the playoffs due to the Cherk map with only three templates remaining.
