How do I send/request resources from the AI ally?

1) Go to the market and click the "Give resources to another player" button in the lower left corner (Figure 1).
2) In the window that appears, select the desired resource and the color of the player to whom you want to transfer the resources, and click the "Make a deal" button (Figure 2).
