2. Some Clans are not functioning. And that's a fact. And we, as representatives of ACTIVE Clans, cannot be happy about this. A Clan is a Clan, not just a name. And the presence of inactive Clans discredits this idea. Therefore, we want only active Clans to remain.
This is what I wanted to express when I started this topic... maybe I didn't succeed =););)
5. We have a "self-governance body." We want full recognition of the LZMС and its transformation into a real force.

6. We have a great morale system on our forum. And we are sure that a person with negative morale should not have the ability to register a Clan. Positive morale is a mandatory requirement for the leader of a newly created Clan.
I think the presence of "eagles" is not entirely an indicator of reputation... they can simply put "+" or "-" marks - as some people do with us (I won't name their nicknames) - I mean some kind of invisible reputation... i.e., how forum members feel about this person.... =))
..... I would like the Creator to make all this automatic =););) or will it be that way???
