Dear Qwerty, as a member of the Vampire clan, I would like to ensure that the new rules regarding the creation of a new clan and the mandatory requirements for the clan leader will not affect recently registered clans and their leaders. We only recently received official clan status, and I believe we are not yet considered an ACTIVE clan, but I and all my clan members will do everything to be among them. I personally agree with the project proposed by the respected RAPER, "Regulations on Clans."
Also, I am interested in whether the idea of the Leader regarding the revival of a clan will be included in the new rules or not.
