I believe there are several issues that are being raised, directly or indirectly, by representatives of the ACTIVE Clans. I will try to outline them. 1. We are creating a charter for the Clans. And it is we, the representatives of the ACTIVE Clans, who will abide by the rules that we establish. Yes, we are ready to listen to good ideas, but WE must be the ones to make the decisions. (There is a clan ranking, so the criteria probably don't need to be explained). 2. Some clans are not functioning. And that is a fact. And this does not please us, as representatives of the ACTIVE Clans. A clan is a clan, not just a sign. And the presence of inactive clans discredits this idea. Therefore, we want only active clans to remain. 3. We do not need clans that are created only to satisfy the ego of the so-called "leader." The clan leader must be responsible for their clan. 4. Direct and indirect insults coming from any clan are unacceptable. We understand this. But we do not have a tool to prevent this situation, and it arises again and again. We need real leverage. 5. We have a "self-governance body." We want full recognition of the LzMS and to turn it into a real force. 6. We have a great morale system on our forum. And we are sure that a person with negative morale should not be allowed to register a clan. Positive morale is a mandatory requirement for the leader of a newly created clan. 7. We are ready to detail all the specific aspects of the Charter. We have known each other for a long time, and despite the sometimes fierce clan wars, we are always correct and friendly – because we are doing a common thing. I would like the representatives of the ACTIVE Clans to express their opinions on these basic areas.
