As far as I know, morale can change within the range of -3 to +3 units. That is, even if many modifiers affect the hero's army, they are still limited by these values.
The hero's army in the screenshot contains troops from 6 factions, including angels and undead. The hero is also wearing the Amulet of Courage, which gives +3 to morale. In the unit property window, the morale modifiers in the current situation are listed: -3 from 6 factions and -1 from undead, +1 from angels, and +3 from the amulet. This results in -3-1+1+3 = 0. But in fact, the morale is negative and equal to -1 (this can be seen from the image of the bird with drooping wings; if the morale were neutral (=0), the image would be different).
The question is: is this a bug, or is it supposed to be this way? If it's a bug, where should I send a bug report? If it's supposed to be this way, please explain why. To be honest, I haven't tested such an army in battle; perhaps the bird image is simply displayed incorrectly, and in battle, the morale will actually be zero.
