Regulations
❖ The tournament starts on December 1, 2021 (the start date may be postponed).
❖ Format: Double Elimination, best-of-3 matches starting from the first round of the upper bracket. Grand final best-of-5.

❖ Template: Duel 2.69l (XL+U).
❖ Settings: 160%, fast roads, no water, strong monsters, tournament rules enabled.
❖ Free rerolls are prohibited. Each player has 1 reroll for 500 gold with a town ban.
❖ Timer: 2 / 1 / 0:15. Simultaneous turns: 131.
❖ Final battle: 242, the player who controls the central desert town at the end of this day wins the game.
❖ In the best-of-3 series, the towns played must be banned.
❖ In the lower bracket, the standard town trade is changed to a trade for a random Hero (details below).
❖ Players must be able to stream all their games in the tournament (at least on Discord), but preferably on Twitch, YouTube, or Facebook.
❖ The tournament follows the Hota lobby game rules and the one-hero game rules, which can be found on this page.
❖ The rules may be adjusted and changed by the tournament organizers at any time.

Additional rules for the lower bracket
The lower bracket uses an alternative trade for a random Hero.
1). If your game is being streamed (you will be notified before the game). During the trade, the commentators will spin a roulette wheel at the link https://www.h3templates.com/content/random-hero-roulette and name a pair of Heroes for you.
2). If your game is not being streamed, you and your opponent each spin a roulette wheel to choose a Hero and write the resulting Heroes in the game chat. If both Heroes are from the same castle, you must reroll.
- Players have one reroll for the pair for 500 gold.
- After the two Heroes are determined, you begin the standard trade for choosing a Hero.
- Then you trade for the color and start the game.
