Guide on adding a new model, animation, and creature to HoMMV

It was amusing, especially the guy on top.

The guy on top is just something I didn't have time to finish properly... so he can easily hide, but it needs a bit more modding... it's like a leftover from the war elephants, the rider... well, he doesn't really get in the way of viewing it.
