MMH5.5 - Heroes of Might and Magic 5.5

Hello, I played the latest version 5.5 (not the beta/alpha) and have a few questions:

1) Is it possible to revert to the standard skill tree?

2) I tried using the executable from version 5.5 to prevent the game from crashing when loading saves on Windows 10 and large maps. It works, but the skill upgrade menu has shifted when the hero levels up. I'm not sure if this is due to the executable or not. It looks like this: https://i.yapx.ru/PHWCz.png
