UnlockAllHeroes - All heroes are available on multiplayer maps.

Dear users, does anyone have a mod that unlocks as many heroes from the campaign as possible? I found one, but it doesn't unlock new heroes; it replaces old ones with new ones, but the old ones are still needed! I also found another mod that does something similar, but new heroes are only unlocked on default maps. That's not what I'm looking for.
I saw a mod that, in theory, unlocks all heroes on all maps, but the link was dead. That's the kind of mod I'm looking for!
Does anyone have one? Maybe someone wouldn't mind making one?
